Resumen

El entorno del Guadalquivir viene siendo, desde mediados del siglo V d. C., el enclave monumental más importante de la ciudad de Córdoba. La razón de ser de este artículo es la de rastrear sus orígenes y desarrollo a lo largo de la Antigüedad Tardía: su evolución desde el urbanismo romano hasta el momento de la conquista musulmana.

Abstract

From middle 5th. Century A.D. at least, Guadalquivir River surroundings had been the most important enclave in the monumental
complex at city of Córdoba. This work is trying to search its origins and its evolution along the Late Antiquity: the evolution from the Roman classicism urban planning to the Muslim conquest of the town.
