Este texto parte de la identificación entre Arqueología urbana y Arqueología profesional. Se abordan dos de los retos que el desarrollo de la misma está planteando a la Universidad: la preparación de los especialistas y el problema de la investigación posterior a la excavación.

This text identifies urban Archaeology with professional Archaology. Two are the challenges that its development is creatin to the University: the training of the specialists and the problem abont the research following the excavations.
