LOS HERMAS EN EL MUNDO CLÁSICO: ESTADO ACTUAL DE LA CUESTIÓN

Resumen

Presentamos en este artículo una revisión crítica de la bibliografía dedicada al estudio de los hermas, a partir de la cual podamos establecer las líneas evolutivas fundamentales de la producción, desde sus orígenes a finales del arcaísmo griego hasta su desaparición definitiva durante la Antigüedad Tardía.

Abstract

We present in this paper a critical review of the bibliography concerning the study of herms, from which we will can establish the main evolutive lines in the pro-duction of these monuments, from their origin in late archaic Greece to their disap-pearance in Late Antiquity.
