ESTUDIO ANTROPOLÓGICO DE LA TUMBA 21 DE LA
NECRÓPOLIS DE "EL RUEDO" (Almedinilla, Córdoba)

Resumen

El presente estudio corresponde a una tumba, la n° 21, de la necrópolis hispanorromana de "El Ruedo", situada en Almedinilla, provincia de Córdoba. De época tardorromana, dicha tumba data de finales del siglo III o principios del siglo IV d.C.
Corresponde a un individuo varón de edad madura y de aproximadamente 160 cm de estatura. Las características más resaltables son: la direrente orientación en la necrópolis respecto del resto de las tumbas, así como la posición de sus extremidades.

Summary

In this paper, we have studied a tomb, n° 21, from the Spanish-roman necropole called "El Ruedo". This necropole is situated in Almedinilla (Córdoba) and is dated late III to early IV century BC. In this tomb we have found a mature male, 160 cm tall. The most outstanding features of these remains are their different orientation and the position of his extremities.
